Training for You

Amelia offers one-on-one personal training sessions (both in person and virtual) specific to your needs and goals. All training sessions are 60 minutes long. Amelia creates a customized program for each client, and progresses her clients on a specific basis with tracking and testing as needed. In working with Amelia you will learn how to mobilize and move your body better, improve form, decrease pain in the body, and excel and accomplish your goals. As a competitor herself, Amelia is committed to seeing you succeed. Its not You vs. Her, but You vs. You.
